With iFit® interactive technology, you can work out anywhere in the world. Choose from 24 preset programs or create your own. Using Google technology Maps™, this application developed by Proform is called iFit Coach™ and automatically simulates for you, every hill, every slope on your way. So you can track your progress automatically, compete with your friends and customize your workout to reach your goals.

Its maximum speed of 16 km/h, allows you to optimize your workouts for more intense muscle strengthening.

The ProShox cushioning relieves your joints, softening your strides, and the treadmill running surface helps you get an even more complete workout.
